Thanks for your testimony and encouragement. For the extra energy and nutritional requirements during pregnancy, the best and easiest thing I know of is Reliv. It's complete, balanced nutrition in a shake - not pills. For my next pregnancy, I'm not even going to bother with anything the doctor prescribes or anything from the health food store. I know of other moms who use it for their every day nutritional supplement as well as for their prenatals. Let me know if you'd like to try it.
