My favorite "mommy" website would have to be OrganoGold because I love to enjoy a cup or pot of tea during my me time. This site has healthy coffee, tea and hot chocolate. I figure if you're going to indulge make it healthy.

Regarding my arms, I set the goal during the last (6th pregnancy) to put on more muscle. So it was I'll say 7 months, more or less. I was used to working out before I got pregnant, but I had no real definition anywhere. During the pregnancy I simply became more focused in my workouts. Thanks for asking! I'm here to help.
