Comment by Dominique on September 7, 2009 at 5:07pm - Well sinced you already published 2 books that should give you a little bit more leverage while trying to break into freelancing. Star with some local papers in you area, maybe some free magazines, call and ask if they accept submissions from freelancers, and then work on your submissions. They may require a formal query or they may just tell you to shoot them an e-mail. Even if they do though I suggest writing a formal query. May i ask what kind of books you've written?
