Hello there everyone!
I hope the fall is treating you well! Angel I'm sorry to hear about your kids! I do hope by now they are all healty and well!

I'm happy to report that we did adopt a precious (but I'm biased) healthy little girl this past June! She is now almost 4 months old! I would have been back online sooner, but it's taken me this long to remember my name, much less how to type! LOL!! I hope to hear from you all! What are the winter plans for everyone? Us? We are just taking one day at a time. I can say Thanksgiving and Christmas will be very sweet this year! We've have quite the gift!

Hi ladies. It's crazy. Three of my four kids have contracted the flu. My husband cant stay home from work because he wouldnt get paid. So, guess who is left. And, they have to be home from school for 5 days. Do you realize how difficult it is to keep 3 little boys contained in a room, so they wont infect everything that I have disinfected? UUUUrrrrgggg! I'm working and I am not even at work. The blessing in this - their strand of this flu is not fatal, and I have the ability to stay home with my children without worrying about losing my job. Thank you Jesus!

Hi ladies and welcome to the conversation Tracie. You know what, I love having my summers off too. But I tell you, by the time I have done 10 months with other peoples kids, I almost want to find something else to do for a living and after the break, I'm rested and ready to do it all over again. I teach high school, and it's definitely not a cake walk. And trying to rear my own 4 in the right direction- some days I don't know how I'm gonna do it. I just have to say, "thank you Jesus!"

:) I'm so wishing I had a summer break! I think that is great! I do understand being busy. I need to be heading to bed myself! As I said though, I am enjoying getting to know you - so I guess we'll just have alot to discuss when everyone jumps back in! i was just thinking the exact same thing. maybe they are all too busy actually working. lol im a school teacher, so i'm in hog heaven right now with school being out and all. so, i guess i just have more time now to play on this computer.

Where are all the other working moms? We need to be getting more feed back! Hey ya'll!! I'm enjoying talking with Angel! Thank you very much Angel! But I know we are not the ONLY 2 folks that are working moms! :) Look forward to hearing from you all too!! In the meantime Angel, I guess we will have to keep each other entertained! LOL

I do get time off, but it's only a few weeks. Not exactly the same as having given birth, but I'll take what I get! :) I'm sure I'll be sad to leave him or her! Mostly I think I'll just be tired! HA!!
