Less Stress!!! In fact No Stress! I'm going to spend more time appreciating and being grateful for the people and things I have. I've spent so much time and energy complaining about the things I don't like or have! I'm also going to continue to eat my fruit/veggies and make healthy meals for my family. My only hang-up is sticking with a work out routine.......but that's something I'm going to change this year!!

Hello everyone!
Yes, I am planning to get healthier this year! As a matter of fact, my confession is that I am getter younger and stronger every day! What am I doing to put action to my words of faith? Pray and believe that God will help me with every little thing, including my diet and exercise. My husband and I work out at the gym 3-4 times a week. I do cardio (bikes, run on the treadmill, Precor), weight training, and a lot of stretching. We had been taking supplements for many years (vitamins and minerals, tablets and liquids) but I was still waking up tired and still had sinus congestion. My husband was still dealing with acid reflux and regular headaches despite many years of the vitamins and mineral supplements. They just weren't working. That's all changed now! We have added a complete, balanced nutrition shake to our diet that we take twice a day. It's so simple and it works! No more tiredness - I start my day energized. No more sinus congestion - it feels good to breath freely. As for my husband, no more acid reflux or headaches! The children also take the same shakes and they don't get colds, earaches, infections, etc. We don't have any doctor visits except for yearly check-ups.

That's what I do for my body. For my spirit and soul, I find promises for divine success, supernatural increase, and excellence in the Bible and believe them! Because of the power of words, I guard my words and watch what I say. I am here to bless, not curse. Many years ago I learned that your confession is your possession. Which would you rather have - blessing or curse, success or failure, prosperity or poverty? I choose to prosper in every area of my life - spirit, soul, body, financially, and socially, so that's what I meditate on and that's what I speak. Every situation doesn't turn around immediately, however, I know that if I consistently do the right things long enough then the right things will happen. Divine success, supernatural increase, and excellence in life is a process. It begins with my thoughts and is expressed in my words and actions.

Love!

Christ 1,
Renee

Renee,
Thanks for sharing your prescription for spritual and health. I often have to remind myself that certain circumstances may not change instantly. I have to keep the faith and stay positive. One of those ways is to keep my thinking process in check. And to remember that the power of death and life lies in the power of my tongue. Thanks for sharing and being an inspiration. Continue to be blessed.

I have been in a lot of pain since the birth of my son, so I will try to focus on alleviating the pain and maybe trying to exercise more. I just want my family to eat healther foods, maybe purchase more organic foods instead of the presertive rich foods they try to make us buy. I just want to set a good example for my son.

I'm a step mom and a grad student. Grad school is hard but rewarding. My two little girls are step daughters to me so we are in the becoming familiar with each other phase.
